I am a social worker who had a private therapy practice for nearly 20 years. I thoroughly enjoyed working with clients and building therapeutic relationships throughout that time. I come from a perspective of looking at the strengths of individuals and learning about who they are, and where they come from. Prior to opening my practice, I worked in the fields of Domestic Violence, Rape Crisis Intervention, Advocacy, Child Welfare and Employee Assistance.

 

After deciding to close my practice several years ago, I found myself missing client contact. My position as The Client Care Coordinator at Union Square Psychology is one which allows me to use my knowledge and experience to help connect our clients and therapists to one another in what is hopefully, a seamless manner. I enjoy the opportunity to help in this way.
